United Way of Greater Los Angeles is proud to announce
the 2013-2014 Loaned Executive Program!
Each fall, current staff members or retired alumni are “loaned” to United Way by its corporate partners to serve as full-time employees for the organization’s annual fundraising campaign.
The Loaned Executive Program maximizes volunteer efforts while minimizing fundraising expenses. This program heightens awareness of critical community needs and generates civic leaders for United Way and its community partners.
The program successfully cultivates your employees’ untapped talents by giving them the opportunity to communicate United Way’s message to potential supporters in major industries throughout L.A. County.
Ideal candidates include:
- New hires who are in search of extensive training and exposure to businesses in the Greater Los Angeles area
- Retirees who are looking to reconnect with contacts while serving their community
Companies that are unable to provide a full-time worker can still make a difference with a sponsorship commitment of $15,000 which will cover the cost of hiring one full-time campaign employee.
