APPLY NOW: SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WILDFIRE AND FLOOD FUND GRANTS
Hundreds of thousands of acres have been destroyed and people displaced throughout Southern California in the last two months as a result of the wildfires that ravaged areas from Santa Barbara to San Diego Counties. Some of those same areas are now recovering from flooding and mudslides that took more lives and destroyed hundreds more homes.
Thanks to donations from the public and organizations including 21st Century Fox, SoCalGas, Southern California Edison, Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, and the Los Angeles Rams, United Way’s Southern California Wildfire and Flood Fund has raised more than $585,000 to date to support intermediate and long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts for low-income families affected by the natural disasters.
Applications for funding will be available starting February 7, 2018 and will be awarded in two phases.
Nonprofits throughout Southern California that will be devoted to recovery efforts are encouraged to apply! For more information, please click here.
