UNITED WAY HOSTS 9TH ANNUAL HOMEWALK TO END HOMELESSNESS IN L.A. COUNTY

Over 10,000 Expected to Run/Walk in Exposition Park on Saturday, November 21st

WHAT:

As part of United Way’s plan to impact poverty in L.A. County, the organization will host its 9th Annual HomeWalk, a 5K run/walk to raise public awareness and funds to end homelessness. Over the past eight years, 63,000 people have participated, raising over $5 million helping move 15,900 people into housing. Every dollar raised goes directly towards ending homelessness and, thanks to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, every fundraising dollar will be doubled. This year Conrad N.
