How can we address systemic educational inequality?

Invest in the students who need the most access and support. Guarantee that LCFF concentration and supplemental funds create opportunities for foster youth, low income students and English learners.

Fund greater schools, not greater bureaucracy. Require that a majority of the concentration and supplemental funds go to individual schools and back their plans to improve outcomes for high-needs students.

Empower those who stand behind high-needs students. Train families, guardians and school staff to make informed decisions on how our schools spend their funds.
