Raising Awareness of the Homelessness Crisis Through Art

On October 11, United Way of Greater Los Angeles - in collaboration with the Downtown L.A. Art Walk - will host “Faces of Homelessness: Bringing Our Neighbors Home For Good.” This unique event is a multimedia showcase of compelling and revealing works by artists who use their talent and passion to vividly portray the harsh realities of homelessness.

The exhibition is expected to draw thousands of art lovers and community members to the downtown area for a free, self-guided tour and will feature masterpieces by Lynn Blodgett, Christopher Chinn, LAMP Community, Jacob Dudley, Jim Lembeck, Robin McGeough, Gaelle Morand, Morley and Stuart Perlman along with a special screening of Rachel Fleischer’s “Without A Home” documentary and live painting by Gregory Siff.

All proceeds from the event will support United Way’s mission to end homelessness in L.A. County. For more information, please click here.
