Stamp Out Hunger is a wrap!
Many thanks to our volunteers for making a difference during the 25th annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive!
Over the course of two months, volunteers collected, sorted, and packed perishable food items to be distributed to the families in L.A. County who need it the most during the summer months, when free and reduced-price school meal programs are not readily available.
Stamp Out Hunger, a nationwide event, is a food drive created and organized by the National Association of Letter Carriers. Each year, letter carriers collect non-perishable food items from homes. With the help of volunteers, the food is sorted and then distributed to local nonprofit organizations, food pantries, and churches.
