L.A. Utility Bill Assistance Fund

LADWP is partnered with the United Way of Greater Los Angeles to help qualifying customers facing financial hardship to pay their utility bill, including seniors on fixed income, young families with children, and veterans.

A tax deductible donation to the United Way can help offset an LADWP customer’s utility bill with a one-time bill credit. Your donation could make a big impact on a fellow-customer forced to choose whether to put food on the table or pay for important medications.
