211 LA is the central source for providing information and referrals for health, human and social services in Los Angeles County. 211’s phone lines are open 24/7 and are answered by trained Community Resource Advisors prepared to offer help with any situation, any time with an updated services database of over 50,000 services.

211 LA is an independent non-profit (201C-3) organization contracted with the County of Los Angeles and First 5 LA to provide county-wide information and referral services.
