The Emerging Leaders giving society teaches local young professionals about philanthropic leadership through events and programs that inspire members to volunteer, grow professionally, network, and gain the skills needed to develop into stronger and more influential community leaders.

Group members donate at least $1,000 annually to United Way’s Creating Pathways Out of Poverty (CPOP) fund and typically meet at least once a quarter at exclusive United Way events that couple networking with volunteering. Additionally, Emerging Leaders are also influential at larger United Way events, such as HomeWalk, lending their voices and support to our biggest campaigns.
