Founded in 1984, the United Way Tocqueville Society is an opportunity for passionate individuals to become deeply involved in United Way’s mission.

By joining the Tocqueville Society, you’re ensuring that funds, voices, and time are invested in our local communities to maximize impact – all while enjoying the benefits of networking with the most influential philanthropic, community, and business leaders in Los Angeles. Tocqueville Society members give a minimum donation of $10,000 annually to United Way.
