United Way’s partnership with Edison International has been a longstanding one that has helped many in our community. From the Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) which provides financial relief to customers struggling to pay their electricity bills, to Edison’s support as a HomeWalk sponsor helping our most vulnerable neighbors off of the streets and into a home, their efforts have truly made an impact.
Edison International’s commitment extends beyond their support through our partnership but also taking time out of their day to be of service in the community. Several employees recently volunteered at various events over the last few months.

Stamp Out Hunger: Saturday, June 15, 2019
Edison employees helped collect, sort, and distribute non-perishable goods donated during Stamp Out Hunger. Stamp Out Hunger is the nation’s largest drive providing food for low-income and food insecure families and children during the summer months. Edison employees came out in force, totaling close to 100 volunteers. Their efforts were so significant that we were able to end food sorting early because of their help.
Edison we thank you for helping to brighten the lives of so many!
